The location is very good and the service is very friendly. However, the hardware and software facilities are relatively backward. For example, the button of the kettle in the room was burned out. There were cockroaches in the room and there were also smelly women. The spa needs to be booked in advance. Although it looks good, it is also neglected in maintenance. Supplies such as shampoo are actually diluted with water. The breakfast is okay and filling.

Были в этом отеле недолго, остановились на ночь, приехали специально погулять по Боржоми, очень красивый отель, находится удобно при входе в парк, фото внутри и снаружи соответствуют действительности, все очень красиво и завораживающе. Особо хочу отметить работу персонала, не часто встречаешь профессионалов своего дела, поэтому Огромный плюс за качество обслуживания и Профессионализм, а также человечность. В номере все чисто, аккуратно. Поскольку выезжали рано утром в аэропорт и дорога дальняя, для нас специально приготовили пораньше завтрак, благодаря чему мы добрались до аэропорта сытые, счастливые. Ходили в Спа, очень понравилось, отдохнули и расслабились от души, хамам, сауна, джакузи - все отлично. Уезжали с позитивом, в следующий раз остановимся здесь подольше, с удовольствием порекомендую отель своим друзьям.

Try try!
Very exotic hotel in Georgia. We, six people, enjoyed the stay and the spa and sauna. Very close to the central park and easy to park. Thank you all the staff there.

Beautiful facade… so so hotel.
On the positive side, the property is ideally located next to the nature park and on a lovely street with shops and restaurants. The building is really beautiful, but the rooms are average. I would not advise paying for breakfast, which was very disappointing.

Appalling customer service. The receptionist , the middle aged lady with black bob, became extraordinary rude and aggressive after very simple question. As a result a stayed at Crowne Plaza with impeccable customer service. Never choose Golden Tulip!

Очень красивая гостиница (историю дома можно прочитать в интернете или у самого отеля) с внутренним двориком, фонтанчиком и большими деревьями. В номере удобная кровать, халаты,тапочки,ложка для обуви, мыльные принадлежности,В стоимость так же включено посещение спа на 1 час, в котором находится сауна, небольшой хамам, бассейн с джакузи. Утром хороший завтрак по типу шведского стола. Из минусов-под окном установлен конвектор для обогрева и охлаждения, в октябре на обогрев не работает ещё, но принесли дополнительное одеяло, за что большое спасибо, но сам конвектор внутри пыльный, рекомендую руководству обратить на это внимание и почистить

We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. We got a parking place for car at the yard of the hotel. We didn't use spa services as we had just a limited time at Borjomi but there were plenty of free times for their small spa. Breakfast room is very beautiful and choice of food was enough for small hotel.
